Jacqueline ReddingLMT Jacqueline prides herself on her ability to care and listen to the needs of others.  She is well versed in anatomy and physiology, pathology and ethics to name a few.  Jackie believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal/Postpartum, Sports, Oncology, Hot Stone, Hot Towel, Bamboo, Gua Sha & Reflexology, to get the best results possible. Jacqueline graduated from the Cittone Institute as well as Cortivia in 2004 and has been recognized for her excellent technique, awarding her “Best in Main Line.” She has been working in the healthcare industry since 1984 in various hospitals and medical facilities. She also believes in educating her clients in the benefits of massage and ways to improve their health afterwards.

Matthew Paoletti, LMT Matt graduated from Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1996 and specializes in several forms of Deep Tissue Massage, including cross fiber and trigger point therapy. His treatments aim to relieve pain in both chronic and acute muscular ailments, in addition to leaving the client relaxed and energized. Working on people ages 10 through 90, Matt has applied his knowledge, skill and compassion to each unique challenge, including frozen shoulder, scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, bulging discs, migraine, nerve pain, sciatica, TMJ, tendonitis and more. In addition, Matt has found his work with Autistic and Brain-Damaged Adults particularly rewarding. “I love what I do, and look at each session as a puzzle – to locate the source of pain, and break that pain cycle.”

Chelsea Dodge,LMT Chelsea is a graduate of Cortiva (Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy). She was in the top ranks of her class, scoring the highest out of her graduating class on her licensing exam. Chelsea believes that every client is different and therefore every massage should be different in order to suit each individual’s needs. She has a particular interest in kinesiology – the study of muscle movement, and takes into consideration each client’s career, hobbies, workout routines and other frequent physical activities in order to tailor the massage to their lifestyle and goals.

Jaclyn Messina, LMT Jackie graduated from Cortiva in June 2010 and has a BA in Psychology from Penn State.  She is certified in Sports Massage, Oncology Massage, Lomi Lomi and Aromatherapy.  Additionally, she will soon be providing relaxation massages for patients in hospice. Jackie tailors each massage to her client’s unique needs at the time. She especially enjoys helping clients improve their range of motion and reduce any discomfort that they may be feeling.

Dorian Schiller, LMT, CST Dorian was an experienced craniosacral therapist and Reiki master, before adding massage therapy to her offerings. Beginning her bodywork training in 2001 through the Upledger Institute, founded by Dr. John Upledger, originator of Craniosacral Therapy, Dorian received her certification in Reiki, rounding out her education at the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy. “Profound relaxation and healing begin when we feel seen and loved.  We experience this when another person is truly present, baring witness to us and our healing process, welcoming us home to our bodies with safe, nurturing energy and touch. When we are invited to inhabit our bodies with the fullness of our being, we experience a new vibrant aliveness. This is what I have experienced through the body and energy work I have received and what I wish to offer others.”

Sarah Hammer, LMT Sarah hails from Indianapolis, IN where she studied Sports and Medical Massage at Indiana Massage College. Formerly a professional ballet dancer, massage has always been an important part of her training. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and achieve their optimal health and wellness through massage. Her unique background allows her to bring a high level of kinesthetic understanding, posture analysis, stretching techniques and injury prevention to each of her clients. She uses a mixture of deep tissue, stretching, kinesio and myofascial work in her sessions, designing each therapeutic session specifically for the individual.

Charlene CappuccioLMT, BCTMB Charlene is a graduate of The Cortiva Institute. While there, she received their top student clinic award and has since achieved National Board Certification in Massage. Charlene has over 25 years of experience working in the field of dance and movement therapy utilizing proper alignment, stretching and breathing techniques. Starting out with energy work, she has become a Reiki Master/Teacher, a level V Personal Fitness Trainer, Yoga 200+ and a certified Qigong Instructor. Being a member of the Wellness Team for the US Golf Open keeps Charlene’s sports training active and always updating. When working with her clients, she gears each session to that individual’s needs and can include various modalities of treatment. Charlene’s belief is to help individuals learn to use their internal tools for a healthier quality of life through hands-on techniques,energy work and self healing.

Lynn OwensLMT Lynn was initially introduced to the importance of health and wellness while working for one of the nation’s leaders in the health insurance industry.  Under high levels of stress in corporate America, Lynn found relief through regular massage treatments.  When her corporate path changed direction, she decided to put her time and energy into the thing that had made the biggest difference in her life – massage. Lynn enrolled at Pennsylvania’s premiere massage school, Cortiva Institute, and graduated with honors.  The program taught her about research, professional boundaries, appropriate touch, therapeutic touch, pain cycles, different modalities for specific conditions, benefits of massage therapy and many other areas of focus. Lynn specializes in stress reduction, relaxation and cancer treatment support.

Amy WilsonLMT Amy is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in King of Prussia where she received the Clinic Shining Star award for her work in the student clinic. She crafts her sessions blending Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial techniques to help achieve each client’s unique goals. Amy is also a registered yoga teacher and likes to incorporate stretching and movement in her bodywork sessions to encourage release of the muscle and connective tissue. She also enjoys helping clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression and believes that the power of therapeutic touch can help.

Nic ScognaLMT Nic graduated from The Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy. He incorporates a variety of modalities in his practice, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Massage and Reiki. Nic enjoys bringing his relaxing and therapeutic massage techniques to his clients. 

Diana Simmons, LE Diana is a licensed esthetician as well as a skincare specialist. She graduated from Ambler Beauty Academy in 1996. Through her experience, Diana feels that she can help everyone to have a healthier and glowing skin by addressing their concerns. She is also a certified relaxation therapist and Reiki I practitioner which allows her to give relaxation to every client through touch and aromatherapy.

Toni Cress, Certified Usui Reiki Master Toni studied and received her certifications; the basic, advanced and Master course, under the loving guidance of Amy Z. Rowand. She offers private session work, classes in traditional Western Reiki (Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho) and hosts workshops and a monthly Reikishare. Toni’s work on all levels extends to animals as well as humans and she is passionate about sharing this gift to empower the spiritual, physical and emotional healing of others using this vibrational energy medicine.
