Tired of the same Barre classes? Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon, a former classical ballet dancer. Each exercise has been developed with care and guidance with a team of physiotherapists. Through the use of muscle memory, you will improve your understanding of core stability, weight placement, and alignment of your body.

Taught by our very own former professional dancer, now licensed massage therapist, Sarah Schiewer, you will learn how to sculpt your legs, get in tune with your deep core muscles, and achieve better awareness and stability within your hips and core. She also offers the safest stretching techniques to enable you to reach your fitness goals. PBT is the perfect addition to your training regimen. No dance experience required!
