Light stretching can also be incorporated for a complete experience. Sports Massage

This massage is perfect for anyone who enjoys deep, therapeutic and corrective massage sessions. Hot Stone Massage

Reiki

Reiki is an incredibly relaxing and gentle form of bodywork. It promotes physical healing as well as emotional and spiritual well-being. It is performed by a practitioner laying their hands on the body and allowing the energy to flow freely, opening up any blockages in the meridians, or energy lines. The client is fully clothed during a Reiki session.

Bamboo Massage

Craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is a non-invasive, very gentle touch form of bodywork that is generally performed with the client fully clothed, except when done along with massage in a combined session. The Craniosacral System consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull down to the sacrum. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle touch therapy used to detect and correct any restrictions and imbalances in this vital system thus restoring the body to a more optimum level of health and functioning.

Hot Towel Massage

Reflexology

An ancient healing art based on the belief that feet serve as microcosms of the entire body. Pressure point massage is performed on the reflex points on the soles of the feet to improve circulation, reduce fatigue and enhance balance throughout the body.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha, which literally translates to “muscle scraping” is a technique performed using a smooth tool, to gently “scrape” the muscle. This is a very gentle and effective way to break up adhesions in the muscle and help facilitate healing and relaxation. This technique is generally used on localized areas of muscle tension, as opposed to a full body treatment, and can be incorporated easily into a Swedish or deep tissue massage. Perfect for anyone who is looking for deep relaxation and muscle healing, without a deep tissue massage.
