Our next Reikeshare is scheduled for Sunday, April 15th from 10am – 2pm.
Come with an open mind and a loving heart. This is an opportunity to experience and enjoy the beauty that is Reiki. A Reikishare also brings awareness to Reiki and will help to educate anyone who is curious to learn more about Reiki. Pre-registration is required.
Traditional Reiki I, the basic course is a class in hands-on healing. Not only is Reiki for your spiritual, mental and physical well-being, but can be used in your home and for your family, for your pets, for all your relationships, in your workplace and your career. To become a practitioner, you have to be trained by a qualified teacher. Reiki can’t be learned from a book, DVD or YouTube video. There is a fundamental relationship between the teacher and student dating back to the first teachings in 19th century Japan by Mikao Usui. This is completed over two days after which you take Reiki into both your daily life and inner life. Both days consist of instruction, attunements, hands-on work and practice. You will immediately be able to share Reiki with others.
The Reiki I course includes:
- Four “attunements” to increase the flow of healing energy through your hands
- The history of Reiki
- Reiki as complementary medicine
- Practice of hand positions for self and client treatment
- How to establish a professional client practice
- Certificate of completion in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level I
