Got Stone Massage

Reiki
Reiki is an incredibly relaxing and gentle form of bodywork. It promotes physical healing as well as emotional and spiritual well-being. It is performed by a practitioner laying their hands on the body and allowing the energy to flow freely, opening up any blockages in the meridians, or energy lines. The client is fully clothed during a Reiki session.

Bamboo Massage
This massage uses heated bamboo tools to encourage a deep state of relaxation, promote circulation, sensory nerve perception, and lymphatic drainage. Working deep into the muscles provides a deep sense of ease and well-being.

Shiatsu
An Asian form of massage, originating in Japan, shiatsu uses pressure points in the body to release tension in the organs, tissues and mental/emotional states held in the body. The main goal is to get the energy lines (meridians) flowing freely for optimal health and well-being of the body and mind. The client is fully clothed during a Shiatsu session.

Hot Towel Massage
Melt away tension with a full body hot towel massage. Moist, heated towels are infused with essential oils and used to gently loosen muscles and joints to allow for deeper relaxation

Reflexology
An ancient healing art based on the belief that feet serve as microcosms of the entire body. Pressure point massage is performed on the reflex points on the soles of the feet to improve circulation, reduce fatigue, and enhance balance throughout the body.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha, which literally translates to "muscle scraping" is a technique performed using a smooth tool, to gently "scrape" the muscle. This is a very gentle and effective way to break up adhesions in the muscle and help facilitate healing and relaxion. This technique is generally used on localized areas of muscle tension, as opposed to a full body treatment, and can be incorporated easily into a swedish or deep tissue massage. Perfect for anyone who is looking for deep relaxation and muscle healing, without a deep tissue massage.
