We are so excited to share this practice once again with you at The Massage Studio. Join Polar Collective (formerly Icewomen NJ) for a 3-hour cold therapy and breath work workshop to step into your power!
Meghan and Abby started their journey with cold exposure in the summer of 2020. Since that beginning they have made this powerful combination of breath work and cold exposure a foundational practice in their lives.
Breath work and cold exposure together have been known to help with depression, insomnia, autoimmune diseases, blood pressure, & athletic performance. Take the plunge to experience:

All bodies and experiences are welcome to this workshop. All you need to bring:
