Alanna Leipold is a licensed massage therapist and professional dancer. Her experience in Physical Therapy school, personal training, and teaching dance around the world invites a creative and specialized approach. She loves helping athletes, weekend warriors, clients with chronic pain, and older individuals. She has attended Slippery Rock University, Temple University, Cortiva Institute for her license in Massage Therapy, and is currently working on a post-doc MS in Human Anatomy & Physiology Instruction from NE College of Health Sciences. Alanna works with each client to provide a personalized treatment plan around their unique needs.
Vanessa is a graduate of the Wellness Institute of Chester County. A heartfelt and dedicated massage therapist with years of experience, she provides personalized healing and relaxation through therapeutic touch. She is trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Myofascial. Her goal is to provide physical and mental well being, helping clients alleviate their stress, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Her empathetic and nurturing nature allow her to connect with her clients to ensure a comfortable, positive, and healing experience.
Sam graduated in 2019 from the Wellness Institute of Chester County with the Academic Excellence award. Specializing in a clinical and relaxing approach to body work, Sam infuses intention into every service by bringing therapeutic techniques with a flow of intuitive healing into each session.
Jackie has lived in the King of Prussia area her whole life, graduating from Cortiva School of Muscle Therapy in 2010. Through her massage and body work she hopes to contribute to the community by a positive impact on individuals, so that her clients can lead healthier lives. She has recently added Myofascial release to her skillset and continues to expand on her wellness offerings.
William “Byll” Monahan is a connective tissue specialist that has been treating the greater Philadelphia area for nearly a decade. His studies of the human body has led him time and time again to the understanding that EVERYTHING is connected. Byll works with the fascial system of the body, the fine layers of connective tissue that interweave throughout our bodies from head to toe. Applying the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release, Byll has had great success in treating countless numbers of issues in the body. Byll is qualified to treat migraines, TMJ, whiplash, fibromyalgia, spinal compression, trigger finger, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, pelvic upslip, scar tissue and so much more! Byll is also trained in Oncology, Prenatal and many other massage styles.
Gabriella is a strong and lively massage therapist with years of experience. Her unique flow and incredible intuition will have you feeling grounded as well as tension free. She incorporates stretching & deep tissue techniques in most of her work. With every massage, her intention is to soothe the soul, relax the mind, alleviate stress & dissipate knots in the body.
Allison decided to pursue her passion for massage after watching her mom start her own successful Pilates studio on the Main Line over 20 years ago. Growing up the fitness world, Allison has a deep understanding of what it takes to connect with people both on a professional and personal level to achieve optimal results while addressing the whole person- mind, body and spirit. Allison worked for Philly’s premiere rehab facility, Zarett Rehab and Fitness, and has had the opportunity to work on Philly’s top executives and athletes. She also was just hired to work at Temple University with the men’s basketball team. Allison has over 600 hours of coursework, instruction and clinical experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Ashley has been practicing bodywork and esthetics for over 8 years. She is grateful for the opportunity to transform, improve, and empower clients through bodywork, skin care, and intuition. Her approach to bodywork supports physical, mental, emotional, and energetic/spiritual wellness. A session with Ashley is intuitive and integrative, incorporating relaxing touch, reiki, pressure points (Marma point therapy), myofascial release, and therapeutic modalities.
