Adam Sharp | Massage Therapist

Adam graduated from Cortiva Institute with the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 2011, completing over 100 hours of advanced training in myofascial release, gua sha, and cupping. Inspired by his background in martial arts and acupressure, he combines clinical knowledge with a personalized, therapeutic approach to help clients achieve lasting relief.

Adam specializes in deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, and cross-fiber techniques. He has extensive experience working with migraines, TMJ dysfunction, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), multiple sclerosis (MS), joint replacement recovery, acute and chronic injuries, and office-related muscle tension. Adam has worked with clients ranging from professional athletes to prenatal and rehabilitation patients, tailoring every session to meet each individual’s unique needs and wellness goals.

Alyssa Maillet | Massage Therapist & Esthetician

Alyssa Maillet specializes in deep tissue massage, employing a variety of massage techniques, modalities, and stretches tailored to each client’s needs.

She listens to clients’ needs and strives to achieve their desired results for a vibrant life. She prioritizes educating clients about muscle movement and function to guide people toward healthy lifestyle changes. With an education focused on correcting movement and neuromuscular rehabilitation, Alyssa has helped athletes that are seeking relief from pain and muscle tension as well as improved range of motion.

In 2022 she graduated from Altoona Beauty School and received reflexology certification before going on to graduate from the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage in 2023. Her journey in the wellness industry began in her work as a licensed esthetician, where she discovered a passion for skincare.

After being introduced to massage therapy, it has become her mission to help those in the community feel beautiful and healthy, both inside and out. Outside of her career, Alyssa loves spending time in nature, practicing yoga, knitting, and enjoying moments with friends and family.

Colleen Williams | Massage Therapist & Yoga Instructor

Colleen is an accomplished clinical massage therapist, certified RYT 200 yoga instructor, fitness instructor, and formally trained martial artist. She graduated from the Soma Institute in 2011 and is driven by a passion for helping clients reconnect with their bodies through simple, sustainable self-care practices.

With over a decade of experience, Colleen empowers clients to achieve long-lasting wellness through personalized and thoughtful care. She specializes in neuromuscular therapy, blending deep tissue techniques with mindful movement to enhance body awareness and promote holistic healing.

Colleen is especially skilled in sports massage, stretching, and cupping techniques, supporting restorative wellness and injury rehabilitation.

Crystal Moyer | Massage Therapist

Crystal graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in 2008 and is skilled in a variety of techniques, including lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, medical massage, and prenatal massage.

With 18 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, she customizes each session to address each client’s individual needs and goals.

Her background as both a hospice nurse and a mother brings a compassionate, nurturing approach to her work, creating a therapeutic experience focused on healing and personalized care.

Gabriella Sheridan | Massage Therapist

Gabriella is a strong and lively massage therapist with years of experience. Her unique flow and incredible intuition will have you feeling grounded as well as tension free. She incorporates stretching & deep tissue techniques in most of her work. With every massage, her intention is to soothe the soul, relax the mind, alleviate stress & dissipate knots in the body.

Jaclyn Messina | Massage Therapist

Jackie has lived in the King of Prussia area her whole life, graduating from Cortiva School of Muscle Therapy in 2010. Through her massage and bodywork, she hopes to contribute to the community by making a positive impact on individuals so that her clients can lead healthier lives. She has recently added myofascial release to her skill set and continues to expand on her wellness offerings.

Paige Cameron | Massage Therapist

Paige brings a unique approach to bodywork, blending traditional massage with techniques such as myofascial release, Lomi Lomi massage, Thai massage, muscle testing, and breath work. With six years of experience, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve deep relaxation while creating lasting benefits for both the body and mind.

Tracy graduated in March 2022 from Ace Therapy School of Massage in Willow Grove. She discovered her passion for massage therapy immediately and takes great pride in delivering the best service possible. She thoroughly enjoys working around the neck, shoulders & scapula, and finds her best strength is relieving upper back pain. She prioritizes adapting to each & every individual client’s specific needs and believes that massages are an essential way to relieve the immense stress that we put our bodies through. Elyssa Miller is a Level III Usui Reiki Master who has worked in healthcare for nearly two decades. After having a reiki session for herself, she was instantly drawn to it and felt the urge to learn more. Since becoming certified, Elyssa has seen firsthand the benefits of this practice and uses it in her daily life.
