Jackie has lived in the King of Prussia area her whole life, graduating from Cortiva School of Muscle Therapy in 2010. Through her massage and body work she hopes to contribute to the community by a positive impact on individuals, so that her clients can lead healthier lives. She has recently added Myofascial release to her skillset and continues to expand on her wellness offerings.
Tracy graduated in March 2022 from Ace Therapy School of Massage in Willow Grove. She discovered her passion for massage therapy immediately and takes great pride in delivering the best service possible. She thoroughly enjoys working around the neck, shoulders & scapula, and finds her best strength is relieving upper back pain. She prioritizes adapting to each & every individual client’s specific needs and believes that massages are an essential way to relieve the immense stress that we put our bodies through. James has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2003. He focuses on pain relief treatments for many different conditions including headaches, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, whiplash, knee pain, neural conditions and much more. Originally from Evanston, IL he received his training with the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, as well as his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois which has given him a love for all things anatomy. James has been a T.A. for multiple kinesiology courses at the University level and has been teaching continuing education classes in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy since 2011. Since his training he has treated thousands of people for chronic pain or injuries.
Kyle is a passionate massage therapist with a unique massage style and educational background. His massage style is truly one of a kind, combining aspects of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release techniques, and is supported by his extensive education in human anatomy and physiology. Kyle has formal education in Biomedical Engineering, Exercises Science, and Massage Therapy as well as 15 years of strength training experience which all contribute to his deep understanding of the complex systems within our bodies. Kyle will always take the time to learn and understand your needs, goals, and expectations in order to provide the most beneficial experience possible.
In addition to being an accomplished Clinical Massage Therapist and certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Colleen is also a fitness instructor and formally trained martial artist. Graduating from the Soma Institute in 2011, Colleen is fueled by her passion to help clients reconnect with their body with simple, sustainable self-care practices. She empowers her clients to achieve long-lasting wellness through her personalized and thoughtful care. With over a decade of experience, Colleen specializes in neuromuscular therapy, blending deep tissue techniques with mindful movement practices to enhance body awareness and promote holistic healing. She is especially skilled with sports massage, stretching, and cupping techniques which promote restorative wellness and help with injury rehab.
Alyssa Maillet specializes in Deep Tissue massage, employing a variety of massage techniques, modalities, and stretches tailored to each client’s needs. She genuinely listens to client’s needs, and strives to achieve their desired results for a vibrant life. She prioritizes educating clients about muscle movement and function, to guide people toward healthy lifestyle changes. With an education focused on correcting movement and neuromuscular rehabilitation, Alyssa has helped athletes that are seeking relief from pain and muscle tension, as well as improved range of motion. In 2022 she graduated from Altoona Beauty School and received Reflexology certification, before going on to graduate from Integrative Bodywork School of Massage in 2023. Her journey in the wellness industry began in her work as a licensed esthetician, where she discovered a passion for skincare. After being introduced to massage therapy, it has become her mission to help those in the community feel beautiful and healthy, both inside and out. Outside of her career, Alyssa loves spending time in nature, practicing yoga, knitting, and enjoying moments with friends and family.

Glenna Walsh, CHC is a South Philly native and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Prior to her role at The Massage Studio, she worked in several non-profits that promoted education and maternal wellness support. As a health coach she helps clients facing trauma, chronic stress, and frustrations in their health and wellness to develop the tools for nervous system support so they can experience empowerment, balance, and happiness.
Elyssa Miller is a Level III Usui Reiki Master who has worked in healthcare for nearly two decades. After having a reiki session for herself, she was instantly drawn to it and felt the urge to learn more. Since becoming certified, Elyssa has seen firsthand the benefits of this practice and uses it in her daily life. She is a firm believer that energy work is an integral part of healing the mind, body and soul.
